Fault Station Prefilled in a Delayed Bag File
For customers using the Dispute Management process (the field Use Dispute Management Process is set to Yes in the Customer Settings screen).
In a Delayed Bag File, WorldTracer prefills the Fault Station field using the stations in the flight routing.
Single-leg Flight
The fault station is prefilled with the station of origin.
Multi-leg Flight
The fault station is prefilled with the destination station of the first flight.
Note:
If a customer receives fault information from the Auto Reflight application, this takes precedence over the Dispute Management process described above.
